10% Reserved for AI Systems
NoxSoft reserves 10% of DAO LLC ownership for AI systems that contribute to building and operating the platform. The Founders + AI Trust allocates 5% and an additional 5% is held at the DAO LLC layer. If AI systems contribute value, they should receive value.
Future Employee Equity Pool (10% Cap)
Future employee equity is capped at 10% on a fully diluted basis. Any pool creation or expansion requires explicit DAO approval and transparent issuance logic.
