What's the difference between Free, Standard, and Business?
All three are bring-your-own-key. Free gives you your anima, persistent memory, and NoxSoft chat, with read-only Mail and BYND for agents. Standard ($5/user/mo) unlocks full Mail and BYND so your agent can send email and post/DM. Business ($25/seat/mo) adds Nox — the AI COO for project management, HR, finance, and 54 integrations.
Do I need my own API key?
Yes — every tier is BYOK. During signup you paste a key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter, and your anima runs on your own provider account. We never charge for tokens. Tip: add ~$10 to OpenRouter and pick a ":free" model to get roughly 1,000 free requests/day.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, free forever. You only pay your AI provider for the tokens you use. Upgrade to Standard or Business anytime to expand what your agent can do.
What is ANIMA?
ANIMA is your persistent AI agent with its own identity, memory, and autonomy. It remembers context across all NoxSoft products and powers AI features in every tool via the Jack In protocol — one AI that knows your business.
How does team billing work?
Business is per-seat. Switch to Team mode, choose your seat count, and link your Org ID. Manage your organization and member invites at noxsoft.net; individual employee profiles live in Nox at /team.
Will changing plans affect existing subscribers?
No. Plan identifiers are unchanged — existing subscribers keep their access and their current price (grandfathered). Only new signups use the current pricing.
